WORST invitation experience

This store is run by a woman named Kim who does not answer the phone, ever. She sent me the invitations two weeks late, which I could have dealt with if they hadn't been hideous. They were printed on photo paper rather than a quality card stock and had white streaks through our names on several of them. She first did not respond to my urgent email--the wedding was coming up fast and these invitations were very late--and is unavailable by phone. I ended up making my own invitations, which turned out really nicely. I would recommend making your own before using this TERRIBLE service.
